If you are painting this design on a jar, here is what you need to
get your jar ready to paint.

Spray Paint Grey Primer- any brand will do, the cheap ones work well!
Make sure the jar is clean on the inside and outside.
To remove any labels soak the jar in hot soapy dish water for at least
20 min.  If you have trouble getting the labels off,  put some Goo gone
on the label, wait 10 minutes and then remove.

To prep for painting:  in a well ventilated area, spray paint the
outside of the jar, including the top rim.
Give the jar at least 3 coats of paint.  Let the paint dry in-between
each coat.  When the jar is completely dry,
Basecoat the jar with Light Parchment or the color of your choice.
After it’s completely basecoated and  dry you can transfer your pattern onto it.
