This is a Annie is painted on a wine bottle. Easy enought to buy. There are a lot of little details on this design.  But Annie is ready for the summer time out doors cooking with hotdogs and pickles, ect. The top of her chef hat is really a wooden sprinkler top, which you can make yourself or order with the pattern.  You will have to complete the top with some easy steps given in the directions.
